Register for UNICEF UK's Rights Respecting Schools Award (RRSA) initiative.
September 2011: Registration charge
In order to be able to provide centralised support for schools there will be a registration charge of £200. This charge will cover the support provided to schools over the full duration of their rights-respecting journey.
As a registered charity we rely entirely on voluntary donations to fund our vital work for children and their rights. Our RRSA programme does not make a profit - it simply aims to cover our running costs. Read more.
Once you register your school you will be emailed with details of how to complete payment.
July 2011: Early Years settings
We are unfortunately no longer able to take registrations from Early Years settings. We have suddenly had a huge amount of interest in early years and we do not yet have the capacity to provide the specialist support and guidance required or to assess settings in this phase. Read more.
Register your school, local authority or educational organisation
- Register your school
- Registrations should be carried out by the Head teacher or the staff member who will lead the RRSA initiative.
- Register your local authority's interest
- Registrations should be carried out by the LA staff member who will be the link person between the local authority and UNICEF.
- Register your interest if you are involved in education
- Register as a member of a UK educational organisation (for example teacher training, academic research, a development education centre.)
Add a website user account
(existing RRSA schools only)
- Create an additional RRSA website account.
- Once a school has been registered then other school staff may create their own RRSA website accounts.
